R. W. Block Consulting, Inc. (RWBC) is a management-consulting firm that provides various levels of oversight and management services designed to present a streamlined system of processes and procedures to business owners. In addition, RWBC has established, within our client corporations, individual or team support to fortify the business during the design and/or construction phases of capital improvement projects as well as emergency management and system design. These RWBC associates perform a multitude of tasks some of which include project controls and improvement, project audits and design, expert witnesses and/or litigation resolution, and company policy and procedures review.
Our company, with offices on both coasts, is comprised of individuals with varied levels of engineering, IT, accounting, business management, and human resources expertise. These individuals, most of which possess diverse talents, have established themselves through education and experience. We have united these professionals into a cohesive unit proficient in such fields as aviation, emergency management, municipalities, and the construction industries. In addition to the multiple projects successfully implemented across the United States we have ventured outside our borders and have integrated our professionals into international projects. The Trinity Housing project of Trinidad and Tobago engaged our firm to review their operations during a period of expansion. RWBC identified areas within the business, which could have the largest positive impact. We provided program assessments and gap analysis to enable the company to utilize processes and procedures, which prioritized the implementation of critical programs to assist this client in the delivery of their project on time and within budget focusing on those areas that provided the largest quality gains.
