Process Improvement
Critical to the success of any capital program is the existence of sound core processes for programming, planning, budgeting, design, bidding, construction and turn-over/maintenance. Our PI services include:
- Diagnostic process reviews to test the adequacy of existing processes to scale up during heavy construction and down during periods of slow development
- Provide recommendations to enhance current processes while implementing industry best practices
- Implementation of PI recommendations including facilitation, organizational change and testing of recommended PI solution(s)
