Clients operating in this sector are implementing some of the most complex projects from a mechanical and coordination perspective. We find that clients in this sector look for leveraging opportunities to modularize design and construction processes and create pre-selected general contractors and subcontractors in order to implement these complex projects. We have worked with clients in this sector to:
- Evaluate the feasibility of creating a preselected pool of architects/engineers familiar with this client’s processes in order to stream line design, shorten design cycles and improve profitability.
- Develop master program schedules (MPS) that incorporate not only design and construction activities, but also concurrent activities in other divisions that impact this overall project schedule. This allows the client to get a true program level executive view of the project with full drill down capability.
- Develop single page key-performance indicator reports that allow non-construction executives to extract meaningful data to make proactive strategic decisions on their multi-billion capital programs.
- Develop extensive construction audit seminars for internal audit departments of similar clients.
