RWBC has worked with clients building single to multiple phases of retail and office developments. We have provided a wide range of services in this sector including construction auditing, development and implementation of policies and procedures, training, web based project management system implementation,and owner representative services. Working in this sector, we have:
- Helped a client implement financial and operational controls on multiple phases of their office campus expansion program. To date, all projects have been delivered on time and within budget as a result of proactive client participation, lean yet effective controls, and proactive dispute resolution.
- Prepared independent project assessments for mall developers to estimate completion dates and verification of work in place against amounts reported and submitted for payment.
- Prepared feasibility analyses for the development of an office campus under multiple scenarios, discount rates, cost escalation variations and other data. We developed a custom made model that yielded NPV information on each scenario so that this client could make the most informed decision on moving forward with the most adequate buildout program.
