We understand the complex environment faced by airport operators, whether from changes in security requirements, complex project funding plans, or use of a wide range of project/program delivery methods. Our practitioners are working on some of the largest and most complex construction programs in the aviation industry. For example, RWBC:
- Is providing financial oversight services to include independent contract compliance review of all contracts and construction change orders to reduce contract non-compliance issues and align funding and scope prior to entering into contractual agreements.
- Is performing risk assessments at the project and program level using our RAMTM methodology, which provides a way to measure construction project and program risk.
- Has prepared over 10 PFC applications and over 15 PFC Amendments covering a wide range of project types and funding plans. We prepared the first PFC application for disaster recovery projects approved by the FAA.
- Has provided litigation support on construction claims ranging from $100,000 to over $25 million. • Has performed construction audits on over 30 airport projects throughout the US.
- Has performed organizational and process review of engineering, construction and finance departments.
