Roy W. Block
President
Mr. Block established
RW Block Consulting after working more than 12 years in the construction
industry. Previously, he served as a Director at the Engineering and
Construction Industry Consulting Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Prior to that role he worked for a top 30 ENR construction firm managing
$30 to $380 million capital improvement projects. Mr. Block is
experienced in many facets of the construction industry including
e-business, strategy, design, scheduling, manpower management, production
analysis, cost reporting and estimating. He holds a Civil Engineering
degree from the Colorado School of Mines and a MBA degree from the Crummer
Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
David O. Benouaich
Executive Vice President
Mr. Benouaich has
provided management consulting and financial advisory services for private
and public sector clients involved in construction capital activities and
real estate transactions. His expertise includes project management and
financial controls, business process reengineering, risk assessment and
airport and project finance. Prior to joining R W Block Consulting, Mr.
Benouaich served as a Senior Associate with one of the largest
professional service firms in New York City. Previously, he served as an
engineering consultant. He holds
a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from the Swiss
Federal Institute of Technology and a Master of Science degree in
Construction Management with a concentration in Project Finance from the
Massachusetts
Institute of Technology.
