Mr. McDonald brings more than 20 years of industry experience, with a background in contract management, procurement, financial consulting, and project management. His areas of expertise also include: design and implementation of large-scale data management solutions, systems development, strategic planning, project logistics, and cost negotiation and administration.

Mr. McDonald's accomplishments include achieving global cost savings through consolidation and strategic sourcing activities and development of integrated asset management solutions for a number of clients. Of particular note, Mr. McDonald developed and customized the 1604 Project Management Tool, utilized by FEMA and MEMA staff to review real-time project information on Hurricane Katrina Public Assistance projects.

Mr. McDonald earned his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Kansas State University and his MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas.
