David Benouaich

Mr. Benouaich currently serves as Executive Vice President and Engagement Partner, providing program management oversight and financial advisory services to owners of capital improvement programs. For more than 13 years, he has been advising public and private sector clients on critical financial and business management issues, process improvement, and change management initiatives related to planning, engineering, and construction. Mr. Benouaich has extensive experience in airport financial planning, federal (FAA) and state grant funding, construction auditing, and financial management of disaster recovery. Mr. Benouaich earned both his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and his Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. He also holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Construction Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mr. Benouaich has co-authored two books— Industry Best Practices for Assessing Construction Risk and Industry Best Practices for Management Capital Investment, and has published a number of papers including: "Vertical Deflection of a Pre-stressed Concrete Bridge Obtained Using Deformation Sensors and Inclinometer Measurements", "Financing and Ownership Structures in International Project Finance", and notably "Report on the Governors Meeting for Engineering and Construction: 2000" for the World Economic Forum Meeting. |
